How do I download the photos I purchased?

Log into your account
Click on 'My account' in the top right
Click on 'My Pictures'

There is an arrow under each thumbnail. Click it to download your photos. If prompted, select the 'save as' option and then select where you would like to save your photos.


When will the photos from my event be available to view/purchase?
Typically photos are ready to view 2 days after the event has ended.


Can I get the RAW file?
No. We do not shoot in RAW only jpeg.

I was unable to download my images before they expired, what do I do?

Do I need an account to view photos?
No. You do not need an account to view galleries or photos. However, you will need to create an account in order to save anything in a shopping cart or a favorites area.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart and favorites?
You favorites will remain until the gallery from which they came expires.
Your favorites will still be there after you place an order unless the gallery from which they came has expired or you delete them.
Your shopping cart will remain until: (1) you place the order (2)the gallery has expired or (3) it has been over 30 days.

What are your office hours?
Typically we have someone in the office Monday- Friday 9am-3pm. However, we are a mobile photography unit and during busy season (May-October) we may have all teams on the road for a week at a time. If you leave a voicemail with your phone number and the reason for your call we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I place my order on the phone?

Payment is still done online through PayPal, you will receive an invoice when you order has been entered.

Can I pay with a check?
We no longer accept check as payment.

I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password please contact us directly at 434-543-5331.
