Can I take a screen shot?
Please do not take screen shots, it is theft. We do numerous events where we give out free photos and even at these events we have people pull out cell phones to take a photo of our photos.
Screenshots are theft because it took time and effort to get that photo. It took equipment to be able to process it and have it viewable at the track. There is a cost for us for every event we do, we have to put in gas, camera & equipment maintenance, often times we have a vendor fee just to be able to take the photos. This is our livelihood.
Please help spread the word. Screenshots are theft. Thank you.



How to order photos?
There is a shoping cart icon under each thumbnail. Click it to view purchase options. You will not be able to place an order using most tablets, ipads or cellular devices.




I don't see any prices for the products?
If you don't see any prices next to the products in your shopping cart, you may have had trouble placing a previous order with us. You can continue with your order and we will contact you via email with regards to pricing and details about your order.




Why do I need to pay for UPS Signature required in order for you to fully guarantee my order?
Unfortunately, we have had too many orders 'go missing' from doorsteps. We can no longer fully guarantee delivery unless the package is signed for and UPS does charge extra for a signature required.




How do I download the photos I purchased?

Log into your account
Click on 'My account' in the top right
Click on 'My Pictures'

There is an arrow under each thumbnail. Click it to download your photos. If prompted, select the 'save as' option and then select where you would like to save your photos.

You will not be able to download photos until after you have placed an order and submitted payment.

NOTE: PHOTOS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE INSTANTLY. They are manually uploaded to your account. Typically they will be available within 24-48 hours.




I was unable to download my images before they expired, what do I do?

You can also contact us by phone at: 1-434-542-5331. Please leave a message with your phone number and reason for your call. If you don't leave your number, we will not be able to return your call.



How long will my shopping cart and favorites be available?
Any photo added to your favorites (heart icon) will remain there until you remove it or the gallery expires. Any photo/item placed in a shopping cart will only be there for 1 week. We recommend placing any photos you might like in your favorites instead of a shopping cart. This way they are saved for longer.
